Last Day of Internship

              With the Company Evaluation form that had been filled up by my supervisor, it proves that my internship had come to the end. The Company Evaluation form is fill in term of my learning progress during the three months including task implementation, the ability of communication, enthusiasm, wearing style and etc. Well, I would say I achieve quite a good evaluation from her as she ticks most of the “Very Good” and “Average”. However, I was quite disappointed that I didn’t get “Outstanding” for my learning progress and thereby I ask her for the reason. She told me that there is no outstanding in bank if only if you do better than what you are given to do as for the “Average” given is the reason that they didn’t give me the task of problem solving or creativity. Of course, I’m happy and satisfied with what I have as I’m not a perfectionist and there are still room for improvement. Therefore, I only can negotiate with her and get an outstanding for “Report to work punctually” as I always reach work on time and never apply leave.I am always thankful that she willing to spend time in writing me the letter of recommendation and evaluating me.

During this 12 week of internship, I have learned a lot about staff management and not only the basic knowledge, I did learn about emotional management skills as well. Ever since I step into the department, I always hold a “SMILE” on my faces as I believe it is a very important thing that turns everything great. A smile expresses warmth and embracing while giving the best that you have inside yourself. For a very tiny moment, a speck in the infinite, you are making someone happy. I believe that is one of the reasons why my colleague always take a good care on me and like to chat with me. The last week I had received lots of compliment and warmth message from my colleagues as what they said, I’m a bright, honest, sensible young girl and my proactive attitude is one of the things that they will miss the most.

I admitted that I have found a good internship company that make me so happy and enjoy in my internship. During the last week of internship, my colleagues had treated me lunch, dinner, cakes and some appreciation gift. It’s was always hard to say goodbye, I sure will miss all my friends here and with their contacts, I can always keep in touch with them!
