My Future Plans

       To be honest, during these three months internship I did gained a lot knowledge and experience which improve myself in term of both physically and mentally. Those encouragement gained was valuable and meant a lot to me. In my opinion, I believe that my English speaking fluency and vocabulary has improved because needing to speak to colleagues’ everyday with English. I feel grateful to have a bunch of friendly colleagues in the internship period and really appreciated on their willingness in correcting me when I done any mistakes.

        

          Besides that, as an outgoing person I do join a lot club and society during secondary and university life. I am familiar to event and project where we come together to plan, organize and work out something else. There are things that I can’t do and certain thing that people around me cannot do as well, thus teamwork always plays an importance role. No doubt same goes to working life, throughout the three month internship I observe that the process of learning and helping each others in a team is very critical and it was one of the most crucial things that bond each other together. The closer to the commencing date of GST, the busier my colleagues are to work out the new system. At mostly needed of the time, OT is not common for them as even Saturday and Sunday some of them are working extra hard in the office.  I always hold on the believe that “We are one drop, together we an ocean.” With good team members around, the working environment is really comfortable and motivated all the time. I believed I would like to work in such environment in future where I can stay highly motivated and enjoy my working time as well as not viewing work as a burden.

        The strong work ethic, dependability and responsibility, adaptability and so on is the irreplaceable values that I learned and develop me to a better employee for my future endorsements. Thereby, I strongly recommend my junior to choose UOB as their internship placement as the culture and people here will help you to grow into a better you.
